My office is in Gachibowli. Toli Chowki is well-connected to my office. The rent here is cheaper compared to Hitech City. Shared autos and buses are easily available. Traffic is there, but manageable.

We live here with our two kids. Found good schools, hospitals, and even a tuition center nearby. Supermarkets are everywhere. Area is busy, but feels safe.

I see Toli Chowki as a smart choice for real estate investment. Near enough to tech parks and also close to the old city. Market is busy, rental demand is steady. Not a fancy place, but solid for investment.

This area is good for families. Many food places, schools and clinics nearby. The locality is very lively, even late night. Because of so many hostels and PGs, it's getting crowded and noisy.

Living with friends in a 2BHK. Affordable rent, lots of food joints open late. Public transport is decent. Good for bachelors. Just a bit noisy and chaotic sometimes.

Toli Chowki has changed a lot. Earlier, it was peaceful, now, it’s crowded. But still, everything is close. Schools, shops, mosques, and hospitals, all are near. Many IT people live here because Hitech City is not far. Roads get jammed often though.

My office is in Financial District and the commute from Toli Chowki is around 30 minutes. Flats are cheaper, and many options for groceries and takeaways. Need better drainage - rain causes waterlogging.
