I have been living in a rented house in Kandivali East for a while now, and I can say it's a great residential area with all the necessary and modern amenities. You will find a lot of food options, gyms, quiet spots to hang out, cafes to chill, and many more

This area is great for evening strolls and hangout but I found the rent quite expensive here. I had to shift here for my work, and although it's a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, cost of living can be high

While kandivali East offers a lot of food options and fitness centres, the traffic can be really bad at times, which becomes a hassle for me to commute to work everyday

Living here has its share of pros and cons. there are many recreational spots like parks and open spaces nearby, but they can get overcrowded due to narrow lanes and poor road condition.

I love this area for its connectivity. reaching metro and raillway stations is easy via Western Express Highway. My only concern is the bad air quality and lack of proper waste management

Kandivali is definitely one of the safest areas in Mumbai. I have been living here alone in a rented flat, and my experience has been pleasing. It's close to my office and gym as well. I only find the traffic a bit overwhleming and hectic.
